This series will focus on the impact that divorce has on children, and ways in which parents can minimize
the anxiety, anger, trauma, and resentment that many experience. The goal is to allow the children to love both parents and

hyperactive or distracted. We will learn to recognize behaviors associated with depression and anxiety, and strategies
to deal with them.
